Just ahead of Remembrance Day, a group of Year 9 students had an insightful visit to the Imperial War Museum, North. This essential trip allowed the boys to deepen their understanding of historical conflicts and the powerful meaning of remembrance. Exploring the exhibits offered a unique perspective on the study of change over time, seeing how world events have shaped our present. The students were wonderful ambassadors for our school, conducting themselves with impeccable behaviour throughout the day. Their respectful engagement with the topics was truly commendable. We hope this experience will stay with them as they observe Remembrance Day.
Many thanks to Mrs. Heaton for coordinating this event for the History Dept and Yavneh Boys
